Ana-Maria passed away at the age of 29, just 3 months after she was diagnosed with NUT cancer.
(A rare and aggressive disease with no cure as of today).
She fought like a lion, and her hurricane spirit will never fade. In fact, it still lives on - in us, in her music, and in the dreams she inspires us to pursue. Even in the hardest moments, Ani lived with a fire in her heart – radiating music, joy, and boundless love for the people and world around her.
Her friends called her AnaUragana, symbolizing a hurricane, because she moved through life with unstoppable energy, passion, and heart. Known in the music universe as DJ Inferna, she brought people together through rhythm, freedom, and love.
Her sets weren’t just music: they were pure emotion, connection, and soul.
